Aurora Customer Support
As a part of continuous improvement of Aurora customer support we have launched another useful resource where users can find answers to many questions, as well as ask a question that will be forwarded to the developers at Aurora. The new Knowledge Base can be found at https://help.aurora.dev.
This Aurora Knowledge Base is way more comprehensive than traditional FAQs, as it contains answers to questions from multiple spheres related to Aurora technology, including the Rainbow Bridge and EVM.
The Knowledge Base supplements Aurora Support bot on Telegram, which is also being constantly updated with new answers and information.
Traditional FAQs on Aurora website and Rainbow Bridge app remain the go-to resources for the most important information about Aurora products.
As usual, all innovations are posted in our blog. Here you can also find FAQs to temporary events like hackathons or product launches.
For developers, the most useful resource for issues remains Github.
Besides, we are encouraging developers to post general questions to Stack Overflow to simplify search for other users. Remember to add our custom tags rainbow-bridge
, aurora-evm
and aurora-near
. Examples of such questions can be found here.
Stay safe when you ask a question on Aurora official Telegram, don't trust any direct messages sent to you by anyone impersonating chat admins or Aurora staff.
